Graphics and Packaging Designer Lisa Taylor
A UCLAN graduate Lisa Taylor has just completed her final year, although I must admit I’m sure she is going to fit straight into the industry as her work is a real high level of quality.
I’m Lisa Taylor and i’m from a small village named Warton nr Carnforth and I have just completed my final year of education. I have been in love with design all my life and studying graphic design in particular, for over 5 years now, at Lancaster and Morecambe College and the University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN) where I graduated from last week! I have been a very creative person all my life and love making the world beautiful! I take an interest in illustration, art, photography, fashion, and beauty as well as graphics. As a child i was always first at the drawing table!
In the future I would love to be a designer, and work in a big city such as London or even Manchester. Currently I am working at Prada Publishing (GDLA) in Hest Bank, Lancaster as a junior advert designer. I have only been here a week but i’m enjoying it already! The fact that I get to mix my passion with my job is amazing and i’m gaining more and more experience of working in a design based environment everyday! From my work you will be able to see I enjoy designing packaging, and im very unique to alot of designers! I love using lots of colour and always add “that little something different” lisa-touch to everything!
